Parent Checklist:
  • 5th Grade Dues & T-Shirt - $60 [Click Here] due Friday, October 25
  • Yard Sign orders - $15 due Friday, October 25

EVENTS

Here is an overview of what to expect this year.* If you are interested in volunteering for these events, please sign up via Toolkit!

 

Handprint Wall

 

Parent volunteers will help students paint their hands to add to the famous “Handprint Wall” (Gym and Cafeteria hall)

 

- Students Only

 

 

Memory Wall

We will collect photos and “Memory Sheets” for each 5th grader and place them below the handprints.

 

Parents will need to provide:

  • 1 baby photo
  • 1 current photo -Completed “Memory Sheet”

Memory Box

 

We will gather the top memorabilia items for 2024-25 (music, trends, Jekyll souvenirs, memorable sayings, etc.) and put them in the display box outside the 4th-grade hall.

 

 

Slideshow

 

We will create a slideshow of your students to show at the Breakfast, Social, and Recognition Ceremony!

 

Parents will need to:

  • Provide 5 elementary school photos

Social - April 17th

 

A fun year-end bash for our 5th Graders will occur directly after school.

 

-Students Only

 

A permission slip will be sent home in the Spring to be signed and returned.

 

We will need a few volunteers.

 

 

 

Breakfast - May 12th

 

We will be planning a fun, interactive breakfast with trivia and prizes.

 

This will be during the school day.

 

-Students Only

 

We will need a few volunteers.

 

 

Ceremony & Reception - May 15th

 

A special ceremony to recognize our 5th graders. Parents and families are invited to attend.

*All dates are subject to change and subject to district approval.

 

Your donation of $60 per student will help fund these events. More info about donations, 5th-grade t-shirts, and yard signs is coming soon!
